The Middles is a newsletter for leaders who somehow ended up there – young middle managers, horizontal managers and project-specific management. We’re not sure how to “do it all” right now. We’re still figuring it out.
No one prepared us for these roles. No one gave us a playbook. Likely, no one had our jobs before. We’re different. We’re misfits. We’re beyond an age or a generation, but we share a mentality – we believe in leading with empathy, clarity and transparency.
